Ep 51 - The Only 3 'MUST HAVE' Supplements I Take With Me When I Travel



Hello hello everybody. Today we're going to be talking about our supplements. What supplements should I actually bring with me? Some of you guys know that I'm kind of a little bit addicted to supplements, right and I take way too many, I'm guessing most of you probably think.

The question is I'm not at home and I have my whole laboratory there. What supplements should I actually take with me when I'm jumping on a plane and flying across the world? What's actually that important for me to have? That is the question. My question for you guys is if you're about to jump on a plane to the other side of the world and you've only got your suitcase right? You only pack certain supplements with you, what would you take?

I take supplements for all sorts of things, supplements for my brain, supplements for my muscles, supplements for my energy, supplements for my weight, supplements for helping me wake up better, supplements to help me sleep better, a whole bunch of different cool things. I'm kind of into that. I enjoy it. Supplements make me live longer. Supplements make me, just everything about it.

I'm curious you guys what supplements you would bring with you? Let me know in the, if you can type it, I know everybody probably isn't able to do it. We've got [inaudible 00:01:02], probiotics, and ketones, charcoal stuff, fish oil. We got multivitamins, fish oil, vitamin C, thrive, protein pills, all right. I'm going to show you guys my supplements of choice for this trip.

I've got three, these are my three core. The first one I'm going to share with you is this right here. These are the bulletproof bars. All right, so these are awesome for a couple reasons. Ah sweet, [inaudible 00:01:32] reading the [inaudible 00:01:34].com book right now. Thank you. Yes I do know I'm deficient and I take blood tests all the time. In fact, I'm taking a blood test next week to see what's happening so yes I do take blood tests and a whole bunch of weird other tests to find out where I'm at and what I can tweak.

All right so these are the Bulletproof bars. These are what they are. They're kind of protein bars but I'm not a big fan of protein bars. These are actually high fat protein bars. If you haven't studied [inaudible 00:01:54], bulletproof, or anything like that, I'm a big fan of it and him and what he teaches and I take most of his products back home. This is one I take with me on the road because especially, when you're flying an airplane or in hotel rooms, like right now, it's late. It's like midnight but I think it's five in the afternoon back home so my body's all messed up. I'm starving but I don't want to go out to eat. I don't want to order room service. That's why I have this, high in protein but high in fat. I eat these and I'm full for about two or three hours which is awesome, so I take it on a plane with me and so as I'm flying through the air, all the time I'm eating this, take them out with me. Whenever I know I'm going to be hungry, I don't want to just eat junk all the time, I eat one of these guys because they fill me up.

They do give you some proteins. I think they have twelve grams of protein but what's more important for me is the high fat. I'm a big fan of high fat stuff because it gives my brain energy. It makes me focus. It gives me a little more all sorts of good stuff, so if you go to and click on whatever you can order, bulletproof bars or I think you can get them on Amazon too. I think I bought these on Amazon. I love these. I eat a lot of these every single day. These are my favorite. These are the protein slash fat bar of choice and they're awesome for traveling. There's my supplement number one.

Supplement number two, this is one that if you've been watching any of my Periscopes, you know that I'm a big fan of. This is Keto-os. Now typically what I do there are, let me show you, there's AM and, well I consider AM/PM packs, they don't really call them that. They have these ones right here that are orange that have caffeine in it so I usually eat one of these in the morning and then I take the PM ones, these ones that are caffeine free, I take at night just because I want my body in ketosis or as close to that as often as possible.

I take one of these first thing in the morning and then right before I go to bed, I take one of these, which is awesome because I'm going to take one of these in a few minutes and then I'm gong to take one of these because I love it. It tastes like drinking candy. It's better than ice cream. It gives you energy except for at nighttime I don't want energy so I sleep well with it. That way my body's in kutosis all throughout the whole night which helps with weight loss and a whole bunch of other things.

Robert said that the charged Keto makes him crazy so these are my AM/PMs that I love to take every single day so this is my supplement number two of choice. I brought a whole sack with me. They're almost done now because we're getting to the end of our trip. There you go, and then supplement number three. Who here wants to know supplement number three?

Supplement number three, this is from Onit. Onit's one of my favorite supplement companies. They've got a lot of cool supplements but they also have what they call their primate pack. This is their primate pack right here. In there, there's an AM and a PM pack so you can see what is in the pack if you look at this. It's the equivalent of taking all those with you every single day and it's broken up based on the best stuff and so every morning, I take the AM pack, which always has a really cool quote. It gets you motivated in the morning as well.

It says do not strike until the iron is hot, but make it hot by it while it's striking. Boom, so that gives me some motivation in the morning. That's my AM pack, had one of those today, which means tonight I'm about to take number two, which is my PM pack. It gives me another quote to get me motivated. It says he who controls others may be powerful, but he who has mastered himself is mightier still. Ohhhh so there is my PM pack and on it is one of my favorite brands. If you guys follow Joe Rogen at all, I don't know if he's an investor, founder, or whatever. He's big into them.

It kind of gives you everything you need. Like the AM, you get your alpha brain, you get your calcium, you get your shroom [inaudible 00:05:22], everything you need AM-based, and then nighttime ,you get your, it helps you sleep better, gets you in a good mood, makes you feel good, gives you immune support, viral support, whole bunch of other things. These are amazing, so if you just go to you can get these. They're not cheap because it's the equivalent of taking all of those twice a day basically so they're not cheap but they're amazing.

Everyone I've recommended who takes them and they're like I feel better when I take these so they're worth taking. There you go. Product number one is the bulletproof bar, boom. Product number two is my Keto packs, boom, and product number 3 are my Onit primate packs. That my friends is what I travel with when I am traveling.
