If you’ve written a book, there’s probably several more books hiding inside of your first.
Here’s what I mean.
As you probably know I’ve written three books…
The first was Dotcom Secrets and it was my favorite — it’s all about building funnels (you can get a free copy here).
But what most people don’t know is that since it was my first book, I tried to cram everything into just that book. And then before I published, I realized there were a few chapters that were good, but not great.
So I pulled them out.
One of those chapters became my next book, Expert Secrets — which is all about creating a mass following online (get a free copy here).
And one of those chapters became my final book, Traffic Secrets — which is all about driving traffic. This one actually became a New York Times Bestseller (get a free copy here).
If I hadn’t pulled out those chapters from DotCom Secrets, I may not have written the other two books!
I think this applies to all the content you create…
Don’t try to fit all your ideas into a single video… or email… or blog… or book…
Just take a single nugget — like a shiny dime.
And expound on it.
That’s how you create stuff that really resonates with people 🙂
